As a small sewer district, we want to achieve excellence and exceed customer expectations, maintaining a rate structure and rate reserves to support the infrastructure and operations.  We will strive to ensure we provide a healthy environment through cost effective wastewater collection and treatment while preserving the natural environment surrounding our base of operations.

Service:  Our purpose is to provide customers with safe wastewater/sanitary services that are in compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements.  We strive to protect our environment, meet customer satisfaction, treat customers fairly and with respect, and address their needs quickly and effectively. 

Environmental Stewardship:  We recognize and take seriously the responsibility of managing a wastewater collection and treatment facility that is vital to the community.  We are committed to safely complying with all applicable regulations to preserve the environment, aesthetic beauty, and economy in and around our service area.

Public Trust:  We want to create a trust-based, transparent environment by being open and honest about decisions and actions.  We encourage the sharing of public data, insights, challenges, and work to educate our customers on issues pertinent to responsible wastewater resource management.

Accountability:  Our District is a steward of public funds collected to provide a service to our community.  These funds are managed responsibly, fairly and with honesty.  We believe our customers are served best through continuous improvements and enhancements to the wastewater collection and treatment system.
